Building our customer base and partnerships with our customers. Finding and acquiring long term relationships for Taber.

How long have you been at Taber?

I have been with Taber 13 years

Where did you work prior to Taber; was it in the same industry or something totally different?

Prior to Taber I worked for International Extrusion and in the 10 years at International worked through all departments in the plant into outside sales.

When you’re not at work, what would we find you doing?

Spending time with our children and working on my classic cars

My wife and I have 4 great children Tyler 18, Autumn 15, Kaylie 13 and Jessica 11

What would “your perfect day” consist of? 

Relaxing 80* watching the kids play sports or camping with no phone signal!!

What’s your favorite part about working for Taber so far?

I really enjoy being involved with our customers and the wide variety of parts we manufacture.

What sets Taber apart from other companies that deliver the exact same things?

There really is not another company that can do what we do here at Taber with the available press sizes and capabilities. In addition to our great customer service and support we try and offer our customers of all sizes from the 10k per year accounts to the million plus pound per year accounts, we try and make all of the understand we care about their company.

What do you hope to bring to Taber in terms of leadership and company culture?

I hope I bring a trust and integrity to the team and the customer base, I feel these are the most important factors in building great relationships internally and with our customer base.

If you weren’t working for Taber, what job would you probably have?

This would be a tough question to answer, I have been in the extrusion industry for more than half my life. I do love working on my classic automobiles so if I had unlimited funds most likely restoring classic cars.

What do you think the future holds for Taber?

I feel like we are making good investments as a company and hope to see continued growth as we continue to expand our capabilities.
